つい2週間ほど前から家族の一員になった九龍（クーロン）君ですが、家を空けることが多いのでお外からも状況がわかるようウェブカメラを設置してみました。しばらくトップページに常時表示してみます。

さて今回購入したの Panasonic の BL-C31。当初トザキさんが購入していたコレガの CG-WLNC11MN を狙っていたのですが、店頭でいろいろ見ていたらレンズを操作できるカメラに興味が出てきてしまい Panasonic の BL-C31 にしちゃいました。

犬のサークル（網）の近くに PC があるわけではないので独立して機能するウェブカメラを購入したのですが、無線LAN対応で電源さえあればどこにでも設置できるので本当に自由。本体にウェブサーバー機能が備わっていて、ログイン後管理画面ではレンズの操作が可能なストリーミング画面もあります。またメイルか FTP による画像の転送が可能で、実際表示している画像は 1分置きに FTP でサーバーへ転送してます。

今は 320x240 をブラウザによって縮小して表示してますが、後で作成日時を入れるなど加工するつもり。

ちなみに SANYO の HOVICA は照明やエアコンをリモートから操作する機能があるんだとか。一瞬気持ちが揺らいだけど、本体のデザインを見て止めました。値段も高いしね。しっかし HOVICA のページでの商品名称が「ホームビューカメラ HOVICA」とか「ネットワークカメラ＜HOVICA＞」とか「HOVICA(ホビカ)」とか、あー気持ち悪い。

いつもすっかり忘れて調べなおしているのでメモメモ。

Debian Linux パッケージ導入のため、意図的にではなく単に最適なサーバーを選ぶのを自動化してくれるのが netselect パッケージに含まれる netselect-apt スクリプト。

testing とかをコマンドラインで指定すれば testing 向けの設定になるとか。今は sarge にしたてなのでしばらく stable でいいかしら。

2.3 sources.list ファイルに記述すべき最適なミラーサイトの決定: netselect, netselect-apt

バージョン 0.3 から、netselect パッケージには netselect-apt というスクリプトが含まれるようになりました。これは上記の プロセスを自動的に行なってくれるものです。ディストリビューションの 種類 (デフォルトは stable) をパラメータとして実行するだけで、最適な main と non-US のミラーが記述された sources.list が生成され、 今いるディレクトリ内に配置されます。以下は、stable ディストリ ビューション用の sources.list を生成する例です。

昨日の天気が嘘のように思いきり晴れちゃってるよ。今車で移動中ですが日焼けしそう。ちなみに新宿付近の外気温は38度。外に長くいると倒れるよー。早く帰ろう。

同僚が会社の中（謎）でラジコンをやっているのを見て、さらには休日に幕張で遊んでいるとかいう映像を見て、ムラムラとラジコン熱が高まり、本とかウェブとかちらちら見ながら盛り上がってたのですがやっと手に入れました。

まー、一人でふらっと行ったのでもう何が何だかわかんないけど、とりあえずサイズ的に 1/10 って大きすぎるよ！ということもあり 1/18 モデルを探したのですがそんなに選択肢がないのね。

さらにはボディは Z4 で、と探したけど見つからず、初心者なんだからとあきらめて結局マイクロRS4のポルシェを購入。いやー、32歳にしてまっさらな初心者のまんまお店の人に「合わせてどれを買ったらいいですか？」と聞くのは恥ずかしかったー。

帰宅後、やっと時間を見つけて期待に胸を膨らませながら箱を開けて説明書を読むとなんということでしょう（ビフォ～略）、本体を作るにはニッパが必要だったとは！＿|￣|○ スプレーも電池も買ったのに！

ちなみに 1/10 モデルだったら、ヨコモのドリフトパッケージだねー。いいなぁーKなせ君。カッコイイナー、DRIFT PACKAGE ムービー。

「あなたのアカウントが誰に使われてますよ」と連絡が PayPal から来ました。前にアメリカに居るときに使っていたので、ひょっとしたらと思ってアクセスしようとしてたのですが、これってひょっとして世の中でいうところのアレかしら？ハイ、ということで、普通のフィッシングでしたとさ。

とりあえず他の方へも共有の意味で記録しておきます。ちなみに Hotmail のサーバーから Outlook Express で送信しているのですね。へぇー。
